DESCRIPTION:Host Chef Sherry Yard and The Tuck Room Tavern invite guests to a benefit COCKTAIL PARTY + BOOK SIGNING for the Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP) Los Angeles and to celebrate Chef Jet Tila’s new book\, “101 Asian Dishes You Need to Cook Before You Die.” \nCelebrity chef and Asian cooking expert Jet Tila brings his years of experience and hard-earned knowledge together in his breakthrough first cookbook. Jet definitely knows a thing or two about authentic Asian cuisine as he grew up in LA’s Thai Town\, where he first learned the ancient traditions of Asian cuisine from his Cantonese grandmother and by working at his family’s famed Bangkok Market\, the first Thai market to open in the U.S. \nGuests are invited to savor Chef and Cutthroat Kitchen Judge Jet Tila’s delectable dishes\, while sipping Champagne\, Chang Beer or enjoying a signature cocktail created by Chef Sherry Yard all throughout the evening. Each guest will also go home with a signed copy of Chef Jet Tila’s inspiring new cookbook. \nTickets to the event are $95.00 per person\, with $75.00 from each ticket sold directly benefiting C-CAP Los Angeles (ticket price is tax deductible).
