No matter the season or situation, staying stylish and fresh can be a challenge for people on the go. At the office or the gym, in the car or a plane, on a camping trip or a date, the lack of a bathroom or even just a hose can make for a precarious situation. Entrepreneurs Tina Aldatz and Margarita Floris hope globe trotters and achievers will trust their latest product Savvy Travelers to get them out of those sticky situations.
The best friend business duo is responsible for bringing Foot Petals to the world, and now deliver a collection of beauty wipes curated and targeted for the on-the-go woman: “Savvy Travelers cosmetic wipes keep ladies fresh and fabulous from head to toe, one swipe at a time, offering products in convenient kits and single-use packets that are disposable, and eco-friendly!”
Effie Magazine contributor, interior designer and mother of two, Tina Forrestel exemplifies the on-the-go woman, so she took Savvy Travelers on a whirl wind trip that involved keeping clean, looking cute and camping with class. Here she gives her star ratings on some of her favorites from the beauty wipe collection:
BOTTOMSzup ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I thought these would be great to take camping with me and they were! So very handy and a nice luxury to have when you are semi-roughing it. I loved the subtle scent it has. I can’t stand it when products are too perfumey or the scent smells like chemicals. I also loved the softness of the wipes.
LIFToffz ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Wow! I was blown away by these. I opened the first package and thought the wipe was dried up, so I opened a second one thinking it should be more moist. Well, it wasn’t so I decided to try to take my denim blue nail polish off my toes. I was totally skeptical, until I watched the dark polish wipe off with ease! It tore slightly but did the trick! I was very pleased and impressed. They truly are “incredibly instant,” Again, love the scent and softness of the wipe.
SPEAKeazy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
These are definitely a must have in your purse! I had one too many cups of coffee one day and was left with that yucky coffee breath and residue in my mouth so I tried a SPEAKeazy wipe and it is so “ridiculously refreshing” as labeled! I followed the directions and I felt so fresh and clean and it gave me a bit of an uplift. Don’t leave home without these! Ya never know when you’re going to have coffee, garlic or onions and when your next kiss might be! 💋
NOsweat ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was TOTALLY skeptical about these but once again, I was proven wrong! How could a wipe keep me feeling protected all day long. Well, I really put it to the test when I went to my rigorous work out class, where I always sweat like a maniac! And when I sweat hard, I stink (with no deodorant that is). I was drenched after my class. I felt pretty dry under my arms after dripping sweat everywhere else for 45 minutes. And no odor! I even took a whiff (don’t give me gross face) of the armpits of my sports bra and shirt before my shower and there was NO ODOR AT ALL! Only the subtle scent of the wipe. I really didn’t think a wipe would keep the stink off! And thumbs up on the lack of an over powering scent.
TAKEoffz ⭐️⭐️⭐️
I do love the softness of the wipe on my face. Most facial wipes feel rough on my face even though they say they are gentle to the skin. However, it did not take my make up off with ease. I had to rub harder than usual and I didn’t even have water proof make up on. Because I had to rub so hard, the wipes tore a lot, more than the LIFToffz and I rubbed pretty darn hard on my toes so that was a surprising. My eyes started to sting slightly. I’m not surprised that my make up didn’t come off easy and completely, it never does with facial wipes even when they state “removes water proof makeup.” Haven’t found one yet. However, I do like that these wipes are super soft and more moisturizing than other brands.
Overall, bravo to Savvy Travelers. I would definitely purchase these for myself and great gift idea! Make note that they deserve kudos on the subtle scent and softness of the wipes! And, they are TSA compliant! Fantastic product.
