It’s Mimosa Monday & Everyday At Hyperion Public

Who Doesn’t Wish For Bottomless Mimosas Every Day???

In Los Angeles, there are no archetypes of an average person or an average career. From the freelancer who enjoys an inverted 5 to 9 workweek, to the retail warrior who rocks their midweek days off like any Friday night in Hollywood, to the improv performer picking up catering shifts between auditions: we do not “do” average in Los Angeles. So what better reward is there to reap after a job well done than a thirst-quenching mimosa? This is why Hyperion Public glistens like sunlight on a champagne flute with their Daily Bottomless Mimosas!

Recognizing that not everyone holds down the typical 9 to 5, Monday through Friday grind, Hyperion Public honors individuals with schedules outside the norm by offering Bottomless Mimosas seven days a week! Guests can mix and match five varieties of the mimosa, from the Classic Mimosa, with fresh orange juice and champagne, to the perfectly peachy keen Bellini with peach nectar and champagne. Feeling a little tart? Swap over the Lilosa, composed of fresh grapefruit juice and champagne. Completely unique to Hyperion Public is The Rock, made with fresh orange juice, watermelon liqueur, and champagne, and Hyperion Sunrise, featuring pomegranate liqueur, mango nectar and champagne.

Using fresh juice, tropical nectars, French liqueurs and new world liqueurs and palate tingling bubbly, Hyperion Public sets the swizzle stick high with these interchangeable libations. Be it their Silver Lake or Studio City location, Hyperion Public has L.A. bubbling and sparkling!
