Owner Garrett McKechnie is shaking up festive whiskey-based sippers like The Green Old Fashioned with Kin White Whiskey; a green cocktail shaken up by your favorite bartenders… in green undies! Get lucky with the Frozen Grasshopper and toast to the Irish with a few frothy green brews! Cuddle up in the cozy upstairs bar, hit the dance floor beneath the glittery disco ball while getting down to the beats of DJ Smedium or post up on the patio to high-five all of the green-clad “Irish” party goers.

BRUXIE Santa Monica

Find the luck of the Irish at BRUXIE in Santa Monica this March. From March 3rd through March 20th, for seventeen days in celebration of March 17th, St. Patrick’s Day, the 3rd Street Promenade waffle shop is serving up Irish-inspired specials form Owner & Executive Chef Dean Simon. Traditional Emerald Isle eats meet waffles, in the Corned Beef Bubble & Squeak; warm Boar’s Head corned beef, crushed potatoes and braised cabbage sandwiched between a crisp and airy waffle. Irish Nachos are crispy waffle cut fries topped with cheese sauce, Applewood smoked bacon, sour cream and chives and the luscious Lucky Shake is blended with real Wisconsin frozen custard, peppermint, fresh whipped cream and a lucky four leaf clover garnish. Do not be left feeling green with envy!

BRUXIE Santa Monica will be open on St. Patrick’s Day, Thursday, March 17th, 2016 from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm and will offer St. Patrick’s Day Specials from Thursday, March 3rd through Sunday, March 20th;

Demitasse Roastery & Kitchen

Start your St. Patrick’s Day off right! Enjoy hot cups of house-roasted, ethically sourced coffee, savor refreshing Shims and order up a few delectable dishes from Executive Chef Jeff Lustre. Begin with tasty Fennel Soup with pistachio condiment, blood oranges and cremá, followed by tender Creekstone Farms Brisket served on a soft Brioche bun with caramelized onions and Chimichurri. Next, sip on a shamrock-colored Shim called the Green Arrow, crafted with Dolin Blanc, mint, Kyoto iced coffee and honey cream. Kick back with these delicious specials by the firepit on the patio or cozy up at a banquet inside. Be sure to make this your first lucky stop!

Little Easy

Take the St. Patrick’s Day party to the French Quarter in Downtown Los Angeles. Put on your green and head to New Orleans-style bar, Little Easy to celebrate the Irish holiday. Bar Manager Ally DeVellis is serving up sultry Southern Louisiana sippers that pair perfectly with the Celtic celebration. Death In The Afternoon delivers a fighting Irish punch in a mixture of sparkling wine and green Pernod absinthe and a classic Vieux Carré with a twist is crafted with JP Wiser’s rye, Cognac, sweet vermouth and Benedictine. Jam out to live music by The Flying Column, an “Irish rebel band” that takes Irish ballads and traditional music and blends it with equal parts reggae and jazz from 9:00 pm to 12:00 Midnight. Toast to St. Patrick’s Day with some Southern charm!

Little Easy will be open on St. Patrick’s Day, Thursday, March 17th, 2016 for Lunch from 12:00 Noon to 4:00 pm and Dinner from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm;

The Raymond 1886

Forget the four leaf clover! Find the luck you are looking for and more at this cozy craftsman cottage in the sunny Pasadena foothills. It has everything you need to ring in the Irish holiday, beginning with a specialty cocktail from Barman Peter Lloyd Jones. A lucky libation, The Tipperary is crafted with Tyrconnell Irish whiskey, Green Chartreuse and Carpano Antica. As for a little Gaelic-like grub, Executive Chef Tim Guiltinan is cooking up hearty plates fit for Celtic culture. Indulge in the Pork, Apples & Bourbon or opt for hearty dishes of succulent Roasted Duck with fermented black bean jus, smoked onion, grilled Kai-Lan and creamed broccoli and the Marinated Young Lamb with pepperoni roasted Brussels sprouts and horseradish-Pecorino mashed potatoes. Eat, drink and be merry.

The Raymond 1886 will be open on St. Patrick’s Day, Thursday, March 17th, 2016 for Lunch from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm and Dinner from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm, with Bar 1886 remaining open until 12:00 Midnight;

Spare Tire Kitchen & Tavern

Whiskey, beer, traditional Irish dishes, house-cured charcuterie and more! Patrons are in luck when Executive Chef Isaias Peña is cooking. Indulgence ensues: enjoy succulent Corned Beef & Cabbage, a special Irish Shepherd’s Pie and an extensive selection of house-cured charcuterie and cheese plate options. Forget the pot of gold, when there is over 140 whiskeys to sip on. From domestic bourbons to coveted Irish bottles, there is plenty of that rich, golden liquid to go around. As for a little more libation, Bar Manager Melissa Taimanglo is serving up St. Patrick’s Day Shooters like the Shamrock, the Dirty Irish, a Baby Guinness and an Irish Cowboy. Venice Whaler

The beachside-boardwalk restaurant has everything you need to ring in the Irish holiday. Executive Chef Nick Liberato is cooking up tasty Emerald Isle specials like hearty Shepherd’s Pie with ground beef, English peas, carrots and tomatoes topped with whipped potatoes. Pair that with the decadent Short Rib Grilled Cheese or opt for something a bit more green like the Winter Wedge salad. Bar Manager Brittini Rae is pouring out the luck in Irish whiskey cocktail specials! Traditional Irish Punch is mixed with whiskey, lemon juice, nutmeg, ginger syrup, spices and an orange peel and the Irish Maid with Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey, lemon juice, elderflower, agave and fresh cucumbers with a salted cucumber garnish. You’ll find your pot of gold and more!
