THE REASON In honor of Bastille Day (aka French National Day), International Chanteuse Morganne Picard performed at Rockwell Table & Stage on July 14. The day commemorates the beginning of the French Revolution with the storming of the Bastille on July 14, 1789.
THE RECAP The Revelers knocked back Effie Magazine Martinis while gazing at the stunning costumes worn by Morganne as she performed a classic French repertoire. A special French menu accompanied the French libations and music. A portion of the proceeds from the Effie Magazine martinis benefited the adoptive and foster care services of Five Acres- the Boys’ and Girls’ Aid Society of Los Angeles County.
