Private Pre-Opening Party for Tipple & Brine

THE REASON Bringing seaside elegance to the valley, Richard Disisto and Vantage Restaurant Group held a Private Pre-Opening Party for their Sherman Oaks oyster bar, Tipple & Brine, on April 10.
THE RECAP Guests enjoyed free-flowing bubbly, hand-crafted tipples (alcoholic beverages), oysters and several tastes developed and brought together by Executive Chef Mike Williams and Bar Operator, Daniel Zacharczuk. In addition to the F. Scott Fitzgerald reference, the casual seaside ambiance created through distressed wood decor and seafood offerings call to mind another literary legend, John Steinbeck.
