No need to look any further than Magnolia House in Pasadena, where  Bar Manager Brian Klemm is mixing up the Revel In Raspberry cocktail crafted with a signature raspberry-infused ‘Revel’ avila, Amaretto, cacao and lime juice, with an absinthe rinse and garnish of fresh mint ($10.00). Although not technically classified as tequila, avila is harvested from the Weber Blue Agave plant, which is nearly identical in flavor and definitely goes down smooth with the way Klemm is shaking it up.
