This Premier Gala Reception is designed to showcase entertainment, LA lifestyles, fine dining, architectural design, outstanding auctions, and more. Created nearly two decades ago by AIDS Service Center (ASC) in Pasadena, the event grew into one of the most successful charity events in the area. With the closing of ASC two years ago, The Thrive Tribe Foundation (TTF) chose to continue the legacy and engaged former Executive Director Anthony Guthmiller to produce the event this year. Big Night Out will continue to explore the beauty and uniqueness of Southern California now benefiting TTF.
Over four hundred guests gather at a grand estate for the event’s Premier Gala Reception and then proceed to various themed dinner parties for the rest of the evening. TTF is excited to announce that the reception will be hosted at the Beverly Hills, Greystone Mansion.
The Premier Gala Reception is 4:00 – 7:00 pm featuring outstanding auctions and samplings from the finest local restaurants & caterers. Special guests include Eric Leonardos (Finding Prince Charming), The Pink Lady of Hollywood, Kitten Kay Sera, Ann Walker and José Eber.
Guests will then depart to one of many uniquely themed dinner parties throughout the area. The dinner parties are hosted at a unique array of architecturally significant homes and famous sites. Dinners themes in the past have included: 50th Anniversary of Swanson TV Dinners, Barbie Turns 50, Italian Nights, Cuban-themed Havana Nights, Jazz on the Rocks – Starlit Evening of Jazz, and Art Night.
Proceeds benefit the End of HIV Transmission Through Empowerment, Community & Connection
