90210’s Villa Blanca Up For Sale

It looks like the 90210 will be seeing a big change to its culinary culture. Earlier this month, a mass announcement from real estate firm, Hilton & Hyland alerted local Realtors that Lisa Vanderpump’s Villa Blanca was up for sale, on July 16.

Though the restaurant is not explicitly named in the announcement, the described location and photos make it very clear that is indeed Villa Blanca (see images, below).

The rather stunning announcement came just one month after the opening of PUMP in West Hollywood, on May 16. PUMP opened with great expectations on the cursed South East corner of Santa Monica and Robertson Boulevards, just a few blocks north of Vanderpump’s SUR Lounge.

Located in the “Golden Triangle” of Beverly Hills, Villa Blanca had begun to show signs of wear and tear; the peeling paint, damaged furniture and less than efficient staff left some B. H. socialites scowling and wondering…

No word on the price tag, but the official specs state that the restaurant comes “turn key” ready with furniture, fixtures, equipment and liquor license included. No word on the reason for the sale, but no doubt all will be revealed on the future season of the RHOBH…
