THE REASON Foodies and fans gathered for the grand opening of chef Paul Shoemaker’s lasted spot, Juicy Lucy at TASTE at FIGat7th, on Jan. 7. THE REVELERS Bloggers, foodies, restaurant professionals and Pasadena residents attended the event coordinated by restaurant promoter, Lawrence Moore. THE RECAP The Juicy Lucy menu blends casual dining and elegant innovation; a high-end/high-tech In-n-Out with an Asian flare and a healthy love of artisan cheeses. TASTE is a bright and open concept food collective at the bottom level of FIGat7th (aka the City Target building). Guests of the grand opening mingled with children and cows while sipping on a variety of wines and chasing after platters of Sriracha Cheese Fries, Juicy Lucy burgers and Shake Shots.
